QUALIFICATIONS:
- A
major Business Education or Technology Education
- Appropriate
Washington professional education certification.
- Candidate
must be able to teach various levels of modern Business
Education & technology class that may include:
accounting, keyboarding, excel, word, digital
design, robotic technology, cad/cadd drafting and or
design technology, pre-Engineering, security issues
and FBLA leadership;
- Desired
teacher characteristics include: flexibility; ability
to organize ideas, time, and materials to accomplish
goals; enthusiasm, ability to express ideas clearly,
ability to learn new ideas and skills, ability and
willingness to develop favorable relationships with
students, knowledge of current approaches to teaching
and willingness to model behavior deemed appropriate
by the District and the community.
