    SMART HEALTH
     
    SmartHealth is included in your benefits and is a voluntary wellness program that supports you on your journey toward living well.  Subscribers can qualify for a SmartHealth wellness incentive each year.  A $50 incentive is applied in January 2020 if you qualify.  Log in to complete the program requirements:
