- 2% increase for Finance Director & High School Principal
- 4% increase for Elementary principal
- 6% increase for Superintendent
- $1.00 per contract hour for working in high risk environments and for the extra duties that were required during 2020-21 school year due to Covid-19. (1 time payment)
- Eliminate Salary Schedule
- Add new national holiday "Juneteenth
