- 2% increase for all PSE positions
- Additional increase for Paraeducators, Admin Assistants, HS Admin Asst/ASB AP to bring to average for district's our size in ESD 123 and ESD 101 region.
- $1.00 per contract hour for working in high risk environments and for the extra duties that were required during 2020-21 school year due to Covid-19. (1 time payment)
- District will comply with Health Emergency Standards Act to the extent required by law.
- Establish Trip Driver position.
- Add new national holiday "Juneteenth" to full time positions.
- Admin Assistant's change in how they submit hours for sub calling and emails outside the work day.
- Striking surgery from Section 9.1
