• Evaluation


    Asotin-Anatone School District uses the 5 Dimensions of Teaching and Learning Framework developed by the Center for Educational Leadership. This framework guides our professional develpment and our evaluation process.
    Every three years teachers will participate in the comprehensive evaluation process. New teachers will be on the Comprehensive Evaluation Model for the first three years. If a non-provisional teacher has scored at Proficient or higher the previous year, they will be evaluated using the Focused Evaluation. This process is encourages collaboration among colleagues in professional learning communities. Of the eight Washington State Criteria, one of the criteria must be assessed in every year that a comprehensive evaluation is not required.
