Here is the letter of nomination that was received for Mrs. Aldous:

Mrs. Aldous is one of my favorite teachers. She teaches my science classes at Asotin and always makes them fun and engaging. But what I want to highlight about Mrs. Aldous is that she has been Asotin School’s Science Olympiad coach for the past 3 years. There are many different science events we can compete in and she coaches us during lunch and after school. The activities we get to do are really cool; like building towers out of balsa wood, constructing electronic cars, learning about potions and poisons, becoming crime detectives, or designing hovercrafts (and many more). Our team made it to the state competition this year for the first time because of the time Mrs. Aldous spent with us. With her guidance, I was able to win the marble roller coaster event at state this year. Thank you! Aiden Weber
