NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

 
 
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Asotin-Anatone School District No. 420, Asotin County, Washington (“District”) will hold a virtual Special Meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Asotin High School Library located at 215 2nd Street, Asotin, WA.

The purpose of this special meeting is for the Board to consider taking action on the following business:
 
Resolution No. 2025-14:  Authorizing the sale of certain surplus real property of the District, and directing the Superintendent to execute the Vacant Land Purchase and Sale Agreement and all related documents necessary to complete transaction.
 
No other business will be transacted at this special meeting.
